What this is

A potty training program you follow for one week, delivered as forty short videos. Each morning you watch the videos for that day — three minutes, not thirty — and then you go and live your day. When something goes wrong, and it will, you come back and find the video for exactly that.

It is not a book you have to translate into action at seven in the morning with a toddler on your hip. Someone talks you through it.

Who we are

I’m Dustin, father of three: Jasmijn, Sebas and Morris. We built this because potty training was the one thing everyone around us struggled with, and nobody could tell us what to actually do. When is the right moment? What do you say after the fifth accident before lunch? When do you stop?

We read everything, worked out a method, and used it on our own three. Then friends asked. Then their friends asked. More than 50,000 of our potty training boxes have been sold across Europe, and the method behind these videos is the same one in our handbook. And we did not stop at selling a box. More than 10,000 parents have been helped in our community since — every question answered by us, and parents who are a week ahead helping the ones just starting.

That is where this course comes from. We know which day breaks people, what they are actually asking at eleven at night, and which sentence turns a bad afternoon around. Not because we theorised about it, but because we have answered it ten thousand times.

Why it works

Most potty training advice waits for a child to be ready. Some children do get there alone. Most learn it the way they learn to walk, cycle or brush their teeth: someone teaches them.

And they learn it by getting it wrong. Your child does not yet know the feeling of needing to go — that feeling is learned through accidents. Which is why this program does three things:

  • You take the lead. No negotiating, no asking whether they feel like it. You tell your child what they are learning this week.
  • You create a lot of practice. More drinking means more chances. The videos show you exactly how to make that happen without turning your day into a schedule.
  • You believe they can do it, and they feel that. This is the part parents underestimate. If you doubt, your child doubts.

Seven days is not a marketing number. Some children have it after three; some need the full week. Our own middle child needed all seven, and on day four we were convinced it would never work.

Who it is for

Parents of a child from about two and a half who can set aside a week. From two years old if your child shows interest in the potty or tells you when their diaper is dirty.

You need a week where you are mostly at home: no daycare, no preschool, no moving house or holidays. That week is the price of admission, and it is the reason this works.

Not sure your child is ready? The first chapter has a two-minute video on the seven signals that matter more than age. Watch that before you decide.

What you need

Nothing you cannot get at a supermarket:

  • A potty, and a toilet seat plus step stool for later in the week
  • At least ten pairs of underwear
  • Something to protect your sofa and car seat
  • Ten to fifteen small presents, a dollar or three each
  • Pull-up diapers for the night, and fun cups and straws
  • Sticker cards — printable, included
  • Stickers

The preparation video walks through the full list, and the checklist is printable so you can shop from it.

What you get

  • 40 videos, about 45 minutes in total. Nothing longer than two and a half minutes.
  • Twelve chapters: preparation, day 1 through day 7, pooping on the potty, daycare and nights, quick answers, and the finish.
  • Printables: 20 sticker cards (6 with 3 boxes, 6 with 5, 4 with 7 and 4 with 9), the tracking schedule, the preparation checklist, and both certificates.
  • Lifetime access. One payment, no subscription and no expiry date. Your account stays open, so the whole program is still there for the next child.
  • Schedules get insights on when your child needs to go, timing is everything.
  • Ask a question, any time. You get a direct answer from our chatbot based on the handbook and all our years of experience.

Why follow this rather than read a list of tips

Because the hard part of potty training is not knowing what to do. It is doing it on day four, when nothing has gone right since breakfast and everyone around you is telling you to wait until your child is older.

There is a video for that day. There is a video for what to say after an accident. There is a video for the people who tell you it is too early. That is the difference between a method and a program.

The presenter in these videos is AI-generated. The method and the words behind them are ours. This program is not medical advice — if something worries you, talk to your doctor.
