Not happy with the video course? Ask for your money back within 30 days of your purchase, and you get it, no questions asked. This applies to every customer, in the United States and everywhere else.

How to get a refund

Email us at info@pottytrainingbox.com and mention the email address you used for your order. We refund the full amount to the payment method you used. The course is delivered online, so there is nothing to send back. Your access to the video course and the downloads ends once you have been refunded.

Customers in the European Union

If you live in the European Union and bought the course as a consumer, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal, which we extend to 30 days. You can cancel within 30 days of the day you placed your order, without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the 30 days are over. We then refund you within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.
